The full participation fee for the USE-2008 conference is € 275.
The conference fee includes admission to conference sessions, coffees, lunches and the conference dinner.

For students, the full participation fee is € 75. The fee for students not wishing to attend the conference dinner is € 50.
All student participants are required to produce a valid student card or a letter of confirmation from their supervisor when registering for the conference.

Conference get-together event on Monday, June 23rd (no charge)

Deadline for registration is May 12, 2008. Please use one form per person. Registrations by telephone are not accepted. Please allow up to 5 days for e-mail confirmation of your registration before contacting the Conference Office.

Payment information: Registration forms must be accompanied by full payment information in order to be processed. Incorrect credit card details or declined or expired cards are considered non-payments and registration will not take place.

Refund policy: The Conference Office should be notified of cancellations in writing. For cancellations before May 22, 2008, the conference fee minus € 30 in administration costs will be refunded, however, the refund will only be processed after the conference. No refunds will be made for cancellations after May 22, 2008. No shows are non-refundable and liable for full registration fee.

If you have registered for the conference but cannot attend, you may send a substitute person. Written authorization from the original registrant is required.
